Exhibitor Information
Exhibiting in the 2010 WA Wood Show offers exhibitors the perfect opportunity to maximise on face to face contact with potential customers. Those invited to exhibit are the leading suppliers, retailers and experts from all over Australia, representing all aspects of working with timber, home handyman equipment + tools for all trades.
Visitors to the show come from a wide range of skill levels and interests, enthusiastic woodworkers from amateurs to professionals, admirers of fine woodwork, the home handyman, renovators and tradies looking to upgrade their equipment.

Dates & Operating times * Open to the public on Friday 6th, Saturday 7th & Sunday 8th August from 9 am until 5pm.
Set Up & Pack Up Days * Information for both set up and pack days, will be issued in early July. The RAS Liaison Officer, on behalf of the Royal Agricultural Society, is in control of the venue, including the vehicle access to the Exhibition Centre and parking areas. Children under 12 years of age are not permitted during the set up and pack up.
Venue * The Claremont Showgrounds Exhibition Centre., on Graylands Road, Claremont. Vehicle entry to the showgrounds is Gate no. 1, Graylands Road, Claremont. Ample free parking inside the showgrounds.
Show Promotion * True Blue Exhibitions guarantee an extensive advertising campaign, using wisely the experience of the past seventeen years in reaching our captive audience plus highly successful networking in the woodworking scene all over WA. Exhibitors can also play an important role in the promotion of the show by promotion through mailing lists, web sites or press advertising, individually or as part of the scheduled campaign organised by True Blue Exhibitions.
The Exhibitors * A very impressive list of exhibitors from all over Australia, leading suppliers, retailers & experts covering every area of working with timber, from the traditional favourites to the exciting "what's new" in tools, machinery & woodworking related technology and products.
Demonstrations * Those exhibitors who demonstrate at the show, attract attention, make sales and achieve tremendous promotion. I encourage you to seriously consider doing so and I am happy to discuss this with you. Scheduled daily demonstrations will be promoted in the show brochure and mailout etc.
Exhibitor Entry passes or badges * Staff working at the show will be issued with entry passes or badges. Passes for your "special regular" customers are available at discounted fee. The number issued is at the discretion of the organiser.
Public Liability Insurance * The organiser arranges its own public liability insurance , however exhibitors must supply a certificate of currency for their own public liability & contents insurance policies, to cover them for the duration of the show. Please call me if you need any assistance.
"Safety first always !" * Exhibitors are expected to take all necessary precautions to ensure that their own display area (stand) is safe and secure for all concerned - the staff and the public. Safety barriers are recommended where ever possible to lower the annoyance of excessive noise and dust. All exhibitors display must stay within their stand or floor space area.
Security * Security is supplied throughout the show, however all equipment and stock provided by the exhibitor will be at their own risk and should be insured by the exhibitor.
Parcel Pickup Area * Customers will be given directions to drive directly to the Parcel Pickup collection area.

Exhibitor Stands - fully fitted * The exhibitors stands are fully fitted with a backing wall , a surrounding fascia displaying the company name, carpet tiles, two spotlights, one 10amp power point.
"Space only" Exhibitor areas * Those exhibitors who choose to book "space only" must make every effort to present the display in a professional manner and also display clearly the company name.
Electrical requirements * All exhibitors will be required to complete an electrical requirement order from by the 10th July.
A quote will be issued should there be a need for additional electrical supply to what is included in the initial booking.

Cost to Exhibit * The fee to participate is quoted on request. Fully fitted exhibitor stands can be built to the exhibitors required size or Space only is available to which extras can be added - power, lighting, signage or wall panels.
Terms of Payment * The Deposit is necessary with your booking form to confirm the stand allocation
(non refundable 10% of the total ) * Further 40 % due by 10th May, 2010 * The Balance is due by the 10th July , 2010.
How to make your booking * Please call me to discuss your preferred location and requirements. On settlement of these details a Booking form will be issued and a 10% deposit is required for confirmation.
