At the Woodcarvers Haven Michael Mason runs Week Woodcarving Classes three times a year for those who want to come from interstate. These courses run in January, April and September each year. The Barossa Valley being a premier tourist destination, the course can be combined with a great holiday in relaxed and picturesque surroundings.

Accommodation can be arranged from Caravan Parks to Motels and there is a host of Bed & Breakfasts to choose from.

Students are taught on an individual basis from beginners to the advanced. Many students are returning year after year to advance skills and enjoy themselves. Projects that students can do are mirrors, wall clocks, grandmother and grandfather chairs, wine tables, coffee tables, four poster beds and of course our lovely rocking horses which are available in four different sizes. Sculpturing is also another field taught.
