| Exhibitor Information * 2010 WA CRAFT, Quilt & Stitch Show
Dates * Friday 30 July, Saturday 31 July & Sunday 1 August, 2010.
Operating times * The show is open to the public from 9.30 am until 5 pm each day. Every exhibitor stand must be fully operational during that time.
Venue * The Claremont Showgrounds Exhibition Centre, Graylands Road, Claremont. Exhibitors are asked to enter through Gate No. 1 , Graylands Road, Claremont. Free parking is available inside the showgrounds.
Set Up Day * Set up day will be Thursday 29th July - 8.30am to 5pm. Pack Up is to commence after the close of the show on Sunday 1st August at 5.30 pm until 8pm. Packing up is strictly not permitted until the official close of the show. There are important reasons for this, being public safety, early packing up makes it easier for thieves, plus the show is advertised as closed at 5pm. Monday morning stock collections are to happen between 8am until midday. Children under twelve years of age are not permitted at set up or pack up.
Who are the Exhibitors * Those exhibiting are the leading experts and suppliers in all areas of the craft industry Australia wide. This fabulous show has the reputation for attracting a very impressive list of exhibitors, of which most are very happy regular participants and therefore proof that dollars spent on exhibiting in the WA CRAFT Quilt & Stitch Show can be a very wise decision for the future success of your business in both promotion and sales.
Special Guests & feature displays for 2010 * This show has earned the reputation for being the most exciting craft show in WA ! This is greatly due to the superb displays and enthusiasm of the exhibitors, plus a stunning list of special guests from all over Australia. This show also hosts the biggest gathering of community craft groups annually in WA. Also exclusive to this show are special feature displays including Art to Wear * textile artists gallery, The WA Teddy Bear Challenge plus special guest bear artisans in "Focus on WA" !
"WA Quilt Expo" - huge annual quilt exhibition presented by the Southern Country Quilters plus quilting guest displays plus workshop rooms especially for quilting & textile art enthusiasts.
Demonstrations * "Demonstrating really does attract sales - like bees to honey" Past experience has proved that those exhibitors who demonstrate at the show, enjoy fabulous sales and promotion results ! This show is the perfect venue for you to attract new customers or refresh a previous interest. I encourage all exhibitors to demonstrate at the stand if possible .
Workshop Program * All exhibitors are encouraged to participate in the Workshop Program during the show, conducted in rooms that seat approx. 60 people. Participation in the Workshop Program is a superb way to promote your own business, products or class program. Please contact me as soon as possible to register your interest. This show is known as "the huge show at the showgrounds with heaps of free workshops !"
Security & Insurance * Necessary security is supplied, however all equipment and stock provided by the exhibitor will be at their own risk and should be insured by the exhibitor. "Safety first always !" Exhibitors are expected to take all necessary precautions to ensure that their own display area (exhibition stand ) is safe & secure for all concerned at all times.
Public Liability Insurance * The organiser arranges its own public liability insurance , however each exhibitor stand must supply a Certificate of Currency for their own public liability & contents insurance policies for the duration of the show. Please call me if you need any assistance.
Free Entry passes or badges * Staff working at the show will be issued with free entry passes or badges. These will be issued two weeks prior to the show and the number issued at the discretion of the organiser.
Show Promotion * True Blue Exhibitions guarantee an extensive advertising campaign, using wisely experience gained in the past sixteen years. Designed to reach the perfect captive audience, a highly successful mix of print & television media & massive direct mailing will be used. We also have many years of experience and links with the huge craft network here in WA. Exhibitor Stands * The exhibitor stands are fully fitted with a 2.4 m high backing wall . (fabric walls - Velcro compatible), a surrounding fascia displaying the company name, carpet tiles, two spotlights, one 10amp power point. (for an extra fee additional power or spotlights can be arranged)

New Floor Plan for 2010 * Most of the stands have space on either side of the stand separating you from the next exhibitor. Exhibitors must keep their display within the stand size booked. Failure to do so will result in obstructing items being removed by the organiser.
Cost to Exhibit * To adequately meet the individual needs of each exhibitor the fee to participate is quoted
on request. Fully fitted exhibitor stands can be built to the exhibitors required size or individual requirements.
Terms of Payment * The Deposit of 10% is necessary to confirm your stand allocation
* Further 40% due by 1st May, 2010 *The Balance is due by the 1st July, 2010.
How to make your booking * Please send to me the completed Booking Form plus the
floor plan with three preferred locations circled and I will then work with you to create the
perfect stand for you !
The completed Booking Form plus 10% Deposit will confirm the booking.
